Here is an overview of what seasonal produce is available. This list is subject to change according to the region and farmers.

During gardening season, I will share with you the edible jewels I will find in my backyard.

Here are the fruits and vegetables that are in season for the month of May:

Asparagus, cranberries, carrots, mushrooms, green cabbage, red cabbage, cucumbers (hothouse), green onions, endives, spinach, fine herbs, strawberries, Boston lettuce (hydroponic), leaf lettuce (hothouse), leaf lettuce, yellow onions, red onions, parsnips, leeks, apples, potatoes, radishes, rhubarb, rutabagas and tomatoes (hothouse)
